Janice T. Shimokubo

Janice T. Shimokubo (AB '73, social welfare) is currently director of products for CIMCO Communications, Inc., a privately-held telecommunications company based in Oakbrook Terrace. Janice, who also has an MBA from Loyola University, has held marketing leadership positions with such organizations as the American Medical Association, Qwest Communications, and the 3M Company. In Janice's application letter, she wrote: "My unique background would provide the association with a broad perspective on how to increase overall alumni involvement. My Japanese-American background could provide some insights and focus, particularly as it relates to the Asian American alumni segment."
