Program Summary
This program offers students the opportunity to visit the cities of London and Edinburgh, Scotland, and to live and study at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, England. Your adventure will begin with a two–week stay at Oxford University's Christ Church. Christ Church is the largest and one of the most ancient and prestigious of the colleges of Oxford University. Oxford is a college town of international renown. Next, you will have six days in fabulous Edinburgh, Scotland, visiting the Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, and perhaps taking a trip to look for Nessie. The trip concludes with nine days in magnificent London, England, visiting Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the National Gallery, the New Globe Theatre, the Tower of London, and many other exciting sites. During our trip you will experience not only the historical and cultural wonders of London, Oxford, and Edinburgh, but many other places throughout Great Britain such as: going on a "pilgrimage" to Canterbury, visiting the medieval town of York, wandering the Roman ruins in Bath, exploring the cathedral in Salisbury, and taking a trip to the beach in Bristol.
